Was great to meet Jemma Stone; business owner, mentor, coach, author and more!
Her positive outlook on life is something we could all learn from. Jemma has set out to encourage others to go and do what their heart desires, to fulfil their goals, ambitions and ultimately make their dreams come alive.

Hi Jemma, how did you career journey start out?
My first role after education was a primary school Teacher. I then went onto Support Work and supply teaching before becoming a Business Owner from 2005.
You have a wealth of experience in varying sectors Jemma!
Definitely! I have gained experience in each job which have lead me to where I am now.
I've worked in hospitality, education and now health sectors.
What is your current role and what is your favourite part about it?
Support worker and business owner typist, proofreader and orchestrater for publishing books. My favourite parts include being able to be flexible and being in control. I like being able to manage my own time effectively. I love caring for others and working as part of a team.
Are you optimistic, realistic or pessimistic about the end of 2022?
Optimistic! More than ever. Of everything coming together. Everything I've work hard on.
What is the most important task you carry out each day?
Caring for my son. Being a mother. Raising 4 kittens and carer of 2 cats. Maintaining my business contacts. Read and respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, carry out my everyday commitments successfully.
It sounds like you like to keep busy Jemma! What advice would you give to your 21-year-old self about your career journey?
Keep going, never give it. All will flourish and fruition decades later. Keep positive and optimistic. Your dreams will come true. You can learn more about this here: jemmastone.org.
That is great advice, something that can still ring true whatever your age! What is the most stressful task in your current role?
I manage my mental health successfully. Sometimes, time is a stress factor to finish up on all tasks in good time. Having enough time to do all the things needed!
We couldn't agree more Jemma, there are never enough hours in the day! How do you overcome the stress?
Watch films, walk, play with the kittens and cats, glass of wine meals out. Cinema. Time out. Relaxing listening to music. Editing my books. Reading. Going places with my son, forest, river, parks, theme parks!
If you could instantly change one area/thing about your business, what would it be?
More money to grow business and experience a better abundance life with my son and family.
Do you have any leadership role models?
The late Bob Proctor, Tony Robbins and Maya Angelou.
What motivates you every day?
The work and jobs I do for others - the accomplishments.
What are your goals for the future?
Many goals on the horizon! I would love to travel the world , to grow the business and to give my son and myself rich experiences.
I am looking to meet more and more people and to become known for what I do. I am also looking to sell my books deloragreen.org.uk to benefit others.
And finally, to continue building a website that will be an app assistangels.org.uk to meet more like minded and supportive people - investors to help me do this. To develop my education business to build a school jadstone.co.uk.
Plenty of things to keep you busy there Jemma! One final question, if you could give a single piece of advice to a start-up entrepreneur what would that be?
Just go for it. Start now. Figure it out as you go along. Stick with it.
